- Organizer of the competition
The organizer of the competition is CREW Republic Brewery, Andreas-Danzer-Weg 30, 85716 Unterschleissheim. The competition is not supported by Instagram or Facebook and is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook. The competition is carried out by Vollpension Medien GmbH.
- Eligibility
2.1 Anyone who has reached the age of 18 and is resident in Germany is eligible to take part in the competition. Employees of CREW Republic Brewery and their relatives as well as the Vollpension Medien GmbH agency and their relatives are excluded from participating in the competition. 3.4 The prize cannot be paid out in cash. Claims to prizes are personal and non-transferable. Legal recourse is excluded.
- Requirements for participation in the competition
4.1 Participation in the competition takes place exclusively through comments from followers via the CREW Republic Instagram account. Regardless of the number of comments submitted, each participant can only take part in the raffle once.
4.2 In order to be able to take part in the competition, the participant(s) must be in the CREW Republic Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/crewrepublic/) consequences. In addition, participants must like the competition post and name their desired concert in a comment under the post and link/name their favorite metal buddy in the comments.
4.3. Every participant who meets the conditions of participation stated in the post takes part in the prize draw (follow CREW Republic, like the competition post, comment on the concert of your choice and link your favorite metal buddy in the comment). In order to take part in the competition, the participant needs their own Instagram account. The draw will take place after the competition closes, as announced in the post. Deadline for participation and the competition period are stated in the respective contribution/post.
4.4 Participants who violate legal provisions or these conditions of participation or otherwise attempt to manipulate the competition in any way (e.g. technically) may be excluded from the competition by CREW Republic. In these cases, the winnings can also be withdrawn or reclaimed.
- Acceptance of winnings
The participant must accept the prize within three working days of notifying Vollpension Medien GmbH in writing via direct message to the CREW Republic account. If acceptance is not received in a timely manner, the claim to the prize will expire and CREW Republic Brewery is entitled to determine a new winner. Participants who did not win a prize will not be notified.
- Changes to the conditions of participation / termination of the competition
CREW Republic Brewery reserves the right to discontinue the competition or change the terms and conditions of participation at any time if unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond CREW Republic Brewery's control arise that affect or prevent the competition from being carried out as planned and CREW Republic Brewery, taking into account the trust and faith cannot be expected to hold on to the competition in general or in accordance with the applicable conditions of participation and the participants will not be disadvantaged in an unreasonable manner. The transmitted data will be deleted immediately after the competition has ended.
- Copyright and granting of rights
8.1 The participant agrees to the free use and publication of all moving images, photos and texts created as part of the campaign for CREW Republic Brewery's own advertising purposes on Instagram and Facebook and in all other media.
For this purpose, the participant grants CREW Republic Brewery a simple right to use the content, unrestricted in terms of space, time and content, for all possible types of use (including the right to reproduce and distribute).
8.2 CREW Republic Brewery is not entitled to transfer the rights of use or to grant derived rights of use to third parties without the consent of the author.
- Limitation of Liability
CREW Republic Brewery is released from all obligations when the prize is made available, unless an earlier point in time arises from these regulations.
CREW Republic Brewery is only liable for damage caused by CREW Republic Brewery or one of its vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the violation of cardinal obligations. This limitation of liability does not apply to damage resulting from injury to life, body and/or health. The above limitation of liability applies in particular to damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission of data, etc., malfunctions in the technical systems or the service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses.
- Final Provisions
10.1 The conditions of participation and the competition are subject to German law.
10.2 If individual provisions of these conditions of participation are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions remains unaffected.
